While others you would execute a specific uninstall script to uninstall them. Some apps you would drag them from /Applications folder to the trash to uninstall them. The uninstall script would be unique to each app that has one. numpy includes 2 dependencies, for a combined total of 8 new dependencies.As chrfr has pointed twice now there is no uninstall command in macOS.
